The R600 Series Cage and Rack Washer is the corner stone of the BetterBuilt product line. For decades this washer has remained unchanged in principal design with only upgrades to components added. The list of standard features are comprehensive however in the last few years we have introduced options when added to this washer make it more versatile than ever. Here are a few of the unique options available, please contact your BetterBuilt representative for more details.

1. The Turbo Wash System includes two solution storage tanks mounted on the service side of the cabinet; one tank reduces fill times, the other reduces drain time duration. When using this combination of side tanks an alkaline cycle is reduced to approximately 15 minutes and an alkaline+acid cycle is reduced to approximately 20 minutes in length.

2. Chemical Solution Storage Tanks are also available for clients that prefer to recycle and reuse their alkaline and/or acid wash solution which reduces water and chemical consumption.

3. Oscillating Manifold Spray Jet System is available to replace the standard overlapping rotary spray arm system. This feature was introduced for those clients preferring the same oscillating spray jet system as found in our High Efficiency rack washer model R730.

4. Pneumatic Door Gasket and door interlock is offered for those clients looking for a washer with VHP / CD capabilities which are also available on our R730 model.
