Bottle Filling Stations [ BFS Series ]

The BFS Series Bottle Filling Stations are manually operated, manifold type fillers designed to fill feeder bottles loaded into wire bottle baskets. These units are easily custom fabricated to suit client requirements for through put and bottle basket configuration. 

Key Features:

• Stainless Steel Construction - All stainless steel type 304 construction including all piping, valves, jets and manifold components. 
• Adjustable Fill Timer - The unit is supplied with an adjustable automatic fill timer. A 1/4 turn stainless steel ball valve is provided for control of the water supply to the manifold fill header.
• Interchangeable Headers - The filler manifold delivery header is designed with a quick disconnect fitting which allows for the interchange of filler manifolds to suit different bottle basket configurations.  
• Ease to Clean - The filler manifold is designed to pivot upward into a vertical locked position which allows the unit to be cleaned more easily.  
• Undershelf -  A stainless steel undershelf is provided for storage.
